1. How many visits do we require?

Once we know the scope and programme of works we can best advise you on the amount of visits required for setting out. Call us now to discuss your project requirements.

2. What drawings do you require for setting out?

Depending on the scope and complexity, a minimum requirement would be the topographical survey, plan view from the architect/engineer, both in DWG and PDF. Then the sections and elevations can be in either DWG or PDF.

3. How much does a setting out engineer cost?

Anywhere from £350 – £500 a visit, again, depending on scope and notice. A lot cheaper than doing something twice or relying on tape measures and numerous hours of labour. We are happy to discuss your requirements by phone and offer free advice.
